What about long-term services?

We’ll work with you to determine which long-term services you need and then provide you with a service contract. The first month of services is considered a trial period.

What payment options do you offer?

PayPal, Major Credit Cards.

Checks are accepted. In the event that checks are issued as deposits, they must be received, deposited, and cleared before the project begins.

How do deposits and payments work?

First, you’ll provide us with contact information and a project description. Next we’ll send you a quote & the SOW (Statement of work). Your quote will include rates and a timeline. Once you have accepted the quote and the work agreement Roberts Consulting will begin working within 24 hours.

a 50% deposit is due to accept the quote and agree to the work performed moving forward. Once your project is completed, your final balance will be due within two weeks. Revisions, if necessary, will be done after final project completion and will not affect the final payment due date, and will require a CR (change request) form.

We stand by our work and will dedicate all time and resources necessary to deliver a quality product.

What if I want to discuss my project by phone?

Most phone calls will be considered free as initial consultations. After the first call, phone consultations are available in 15-minute increments and must be scheduled in advance.

Once your project is underway, phone consults may be included as part of the services rendered, at no extra charge; for example, we may need to have a live conversation to iron out details of your project.

How long will it take to complete the project?

Project timelines will vary depending on its size, scope and nature. Once you’ve submitted your project details you’ll receive a quote including a detailed timeline (expedited services available).

How long do quote requests usually take?

You’ll hear back from us within 24 hours. Check your spam folder, as our emailed quotes will sometimes be incorrectly filtered.

Who owns the material if I’ve paid you to create it?

Ownership of the material we create transfers to the client when final payment is received. If the final payment does not clear or is revoked, then ownership remains with or transfers back to Roberts Consulting.

Any media and documentation presented to Roberts Consulting by the client is never under our ownership.

Over the course of your project, we may license stock images on your behalf. The rules of ownership for these images are outlined by the stock photo vendors.

Why does your website mention leadership?

We love to research the subject of leadership in business today. Our passions align with marketing, leadership & business as a whole. Often, we publish works that relate to leadership and enjoy a constant stream of research that we bring to you through blog posts and  free consultations.

I dont' see a service package that quite fits the scope of my project. What now?

All work is fully customizable to your specific project need. The referenced service packages for various services can be viewed as a reference. The amount shown will never be exceeded, but could cost a percentage less.  Contact us  for more details.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not share or distribute ANY information about our clients with anyone. Roberts Consulting reserves the right to publish its list of clients and work rendered in the context of a portfolio as a way to demonstrate our experience and expertise.

Will you manage my website once you’ve finished building it?

What if I’m not happy with the work?

You’ll be more than satisfied with our work, guaranteed. In the event that you have a reasonable explanation as to why you don’t, we will work around the clock to make things right.
